In 2013, I embarked on an incredible journey by launching my very own life insurance company. What set it apart was the unwavering commitment to a fair and equitable business model. Over the years, my company's remarkable growth trajectory spoke volumes about the wisdom of this approach. From a modest $12 million in sales during its inaugural year to a staggering annual turnover of nearly a billion dollars, it became a shining example of what can be achieved when a company genuinely prioritizes its people. As a passionate advocate for nurturing potential, these principles form the core of my mission as a business strategy coach.

One of the biggest challenges people face is finding authentic business coaches for entrepreneurs who are also successful business leaders themselves. It was chance that led me to business development coach Arthur Blank, the founder of Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons. Arthur's mentorship provided me with invaluable insights that catapulted my company to new heights. Collaborating with a business leadership coach of his caliber was a game-changer. Such partnerships are precious and too rare in a world where self-proclaimed business development coaches often peddle empty promises.

I firmly believe in the power of helping others. My own journey to success reinforced this belief, compelling me to share my knowledge and experience as a business development coach. The release of my book, "Punch Me In The Face," garnered immense appreciation, but I knew that my mission to assist others was far from complete. It was this realization that led me to broaden my horizons. I launched the "Punch Me In the Face" podcast, where I engage with inspiring business motivational speakers who generously share their insights and tips with my eager audience.

My YouTube channel is another treasure trove of resources.
